In the same sense...that is pretty much what Sealand did. They area micronation built on an old oil derrick AND people can get spiffy titles like Lord/Lady or Baron/Baroness. While the titles are rather moot imo..they sure would be fun! :P
Yeah Sealand is pretty cool but it makes me mad that no one recognizes their passport and all that. It is like these existing nations don't want these new nations to exist which is ridiculous in my opinion.

I was somewhat prompted to do this piece after seeing a post here on forum.bitcoin.com that was basically asking how we could help Liberland (and really similar micronations) beyond just the monetary donations.
I did some research to find what they actually are needing in general and it really seemed their biggest limiting factors are awareness and recognition from existing countries and the UN as an independent nation. I wrote this with the hopes of helping on the awareness side of things. :)
