Stress can come in 4 forms
Physical: moderate exercise can help with this such, as going out for a walk 2 or 3 times a week in the mornings.
Emotional: poor eating habits are usually, attributable to emotional stress. Moderate exercise plus getting ample sleep and rest with time to recover helps curb appetite before resuming exercise.
Mental: over analyzing and overthinking creates mental fatigue and overload. Like the body it helps to exercise the mind, but also like the body the mind after much activity needs rest. Wherefore, meditation can help calm the mind to restore balance.
Spiritual: Making decisions determining outcomes can cause stress. Reading a good book, or practicing faith however you define it helps.
