I struggled with this a lot when I was younger. I was a perfectionist and nothing I ever did was good enough. This takes some practice, but with time and practice it gets easier. The easiest way to break a habit is to replace it with a new one. I think speaking to ourselves with encouragement, kindness, and compassion can have a tremendous impact on our overall well-being.
