The Sleeping Child Within Us All
In a world full of people who grow up too fast, it's important to keep childlike wonder alive. There is something of miraculous wisdom inside these young children who are, most of the time, old souls. They cry when animals get hurt and don't ever lie because realize what is right and wrong. Their level of empathy is at normal capacity. We learn to forget our empathy because we are made to think we are separate from all else.
Do you remember how imaginative you used to be? How easily you praised yourself when you scribbled some horrible beautiful drawing? The vivid and realistic dreams that continued throughout the night. The way children view the world external to them is astounding compared to what we see as we grow up. It seems we start out knowing the secrets of this video game life and as time goes on and surroundings influence heavily we all forget the sides of life that made us feel something once.
Being a child in this society is confusing because there are always adults telling you, "I know better than you, listen to me or else..." Little do we ever think about the child actually being the correct one. As soon as the little squirt is born we feel responsible to teach them everything we've learned since our time here on this Earth; but, what if adults have it all wrong? What if we are unconsciously teaching these new generations already outdated information?
More mysteriously, why is it that every other species is born with all the knowledge inside them from day one, few only ever requiring some assistance on physical feats like flying, running or walking? In a pure and natural world, we would be one bunch of fun, creative, fearless, imaginative, down to Earth, caring, loving, intuitive, and advanced collective.
Looking at the bigger picture, we need to turn to these pure souls for guidance in our own lives because they are of the highest divine wisdom and all intentions of pure hearts. These children are closest to the one ultimate natural and pure truth because they are yet to be tainted-be like a child. Take advantage of your inner powers that have been dulled and dumbed down over the years. Learn to trust your intuition and take pride in silliness. Stop taking life so seriously all the time because it's important to awaken the sleeping inner child within all of us.
