Grilled Fish
Ingredients:
Carrots
Green bell peppers
Onions
Seeded tomatoes
Fish -bream
Salt
Fish spice
Lemon & herb spice
Cayen pepper (this is too hot, only for chilli lovers)
Olive oil
Vinegar/water mix
(You can use variety of vegetables too like brocolli, green beans, red & yellow bell peppers, cauliflower etc)
Method:
Remove fish scales, cut it & wash it in vinegar water.
Marinate the fish with a mixture of fish spice, lemon & herb, salt, cayen pepper and a little olive oil. Let it stay in the fridge for an hour.
Wash & cut the carrots, green bell peppers, seeded tomatoes & onions then sprinkle them with salt & a little olive oil.
Grease the oven pan, place the fish & vegetables on the pan.
Grill in the oven till done.
Serve.
