I needed to read this. My favorite part was about thinking in logic. Feelings can be tricky sometimes, especially those disempowering ones. Logic often saves the situation and lets us know that not everything is so bad.

Really like this post due to the fact that there is so much info out there "how to be a extrovert" etc when in fact, being more quiet and attentive can render much more powerful in life in many circumstances.
