Starting our walk through this social network, we start the messages we want to communicate through it.

First of all, we must make known our purpose when initiating this type of communication with you. I am part of an organization, which I direct, and we are dedicated primarily to training, to training, especially everything related to computers and systems . And it is in this aspect where I want to focus this first installment. I am convinced that, in order to achieve an improvement in a community, a society or a country, we must train the individuals that make it up, help them develop, give them new tools, update them with new trends, discover their potential, especially in a world as technified as we have today, where individual competences must be greater.

Now, the recent history of the events in the countries, especially the Latinos, which is where I have to develop, we realize that they are directed by professional people, with great curricula, proven experiences, many personal competences, however, these countries they go through very complicated and difficult situations, full of poverty, insecurity and a lot of corruption. In short, we have these led by professionally seemingly fit people, but things are not going well.

This has made us reflect that part of the problem is not only to train a good professional, act, capable, with great potential, but we need leaders who are honest, honest, humble, able to face challenges, to persevere, to have discipline , not to succumb to adversities, not to fall into temptations or be carried away by provocations, to develop character. And this reality reflects a great need for training and training in the leadership of the individual.

Then from this we get as a result that we must prepare people both professionally and in leadership.

But equally we think this would not be complete. Man requires something or someone to regulate him, to be his guide and his parameter. We believe that what we experience today is partly due to the fact that man has lost the perspective of his image, of who he is, of his call and responsibility, all as a consequence of having left his special relationship with God. Therefore, it is necessary to help man to reestablish his communication and relationship with God, which will allow him to walk in a different way, with correct principles and values ​​and in this way we will have professional leaders, but with the fear of God., A fear reverent that will allow you to act in the right way in every situation and circumstance.

In short, we must train the individual, but without forgetting the leadership and its relationship with God, and if we can unite these 3 strategies we will have a better society with surprising results and marvel at what God can do with men trained and developed in this way .
