Making Some Christmas Wine. You Should Try This, It Is Easy!
Since a young age, I was watching my grandfather made and drank blackberry wine. I wanted to learn how to make wine but he would not show me because he told me I was too young. When I was older he said all the time. By the time I was older he had passed away and I did not get that lesson from him. I did get many others so it was all good because I got the chance to figure it out myself with the help of an older gentleman that we know in the area.
I decided to go out and experiment with some other type of juices and see what would happen. I had learned that in some wines the citric acid would make the wine even better so I wanted to try some different types of juice that naturally have citric acid in them. I tried a tropical juice mix and also a pineapple juice in this batch of making wine. Keep in mind that the juice you buy in the store has to be 100% juice so it does not work with just any juices.
I also tried a cider and spice cider and it turned out really well. I also did apple, pineapple, tropical, concord grape, white grape with cherry and, white grape and peach. These wine turned out to about 18 to 20 percent alcohol. I told you this was so easy and it is I will tell you somewhat how I do it and you can try for yourself.
Go get a 64 oz of 100% juice. Pour 16 oz out of juice out of that bottle and save it to drink. Add 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar to the bottle and 1/4 teaspoon of yeast. I have used just the bread yeast you can buy at the store, I use a brewers yeast now, as it will let the alcohol content go higher. Put the lid on and shake it until all the sugar has dissolved. Make sure it has dissolved as this is the only time you will touch it to shake it. When all the sugar is dissolved loosen the lid so the carbon dioxide can vent from the bottle, if you do not do this there will be a huge mess. I learned the hard way! Go put the bottle in a warm dark place and wait until all the bubbling in the bottle has stopped. Use a flashlight and look through the bottle the day after you set it in a dark and warm place and you will see what I mean.

I got this video from YouTube and it will help you a whole lot to understand what I am telling you. I tried to make a video but it was not near as good as this one so I will share it with you and I think it will help understand better of what I am telling you. Here is a link to his channel also. If you go over please tell him that Ambiguity sent you.
There are many that will tell you that you need to buy all this special stuff to make wine, I did not when I first started and this way has always been my favorite way to do it. I do have a kit to make five gallons at a time and I do that sometimes but I always seem to enjoy this way much better. I really hope you will try this as if you drink wine you will enjoy making and drinking your own wine. Hope everyone has a great night/ day. Merry Christmas to all!

That's a very simple process. I'll have to give it a go

Please try it and let me know how it goes for you. It takes about three weeks or so for it to stop bubbling.
I forgot to say, my dog Athena really loves your voice! She rarely responds to voices on TV or but her ears are always up when I play your videos
That is awesome! My grandfather told me a long time ago I would be good with animals. He said I had a voice that they responded to and that was half the battle. Our dogs and cats respond well to me also. I hope as we get goats and cows it works out good for me too. Merry Christmas to you and your family! Hope it is a good day for you.
Woof!
That I will. I'll start after Boxing day. Merry Christmas to you!
