EAST ACEH - Gampong Matang Kumbang and Gampong Arakundo Cot Village, Simpang Ulim Sub-district, East Aceh District damaged by a sand transport truck to cause residents unrest.
Complaints and anxiety due to damage to the road was revealed by one of the citizens of Arakundo Cot, Aidil Saputra told news peers on Tuesday (29/08/2017).
Recently the road Gampong Matang Kumbang and Gampong Arakundo Cot increasingly damaged by the passing of sand transport trucks that disturb the comfort and unrest residents. "If the weather is hot then the road bedebu and if the rainy season road slippery and muddy even in certain places no longer visible body of the road", said Aidil
As a result, Aidil continued, all the activities of the residents become obstructed, both schoolchildren and farmers when bringing their harvest to the Capital District. Because the road is the main road for three villages namely Matang Kumbang Village, Nincah Awe Village and Arakundo Cot village, to Simpang Ulim Subdistrict and Pante Bidari Subdistrict.
Aidil hopes to the owner of the local sand and district government of East Aceh to immediately repair the roads in the three villages. This is due to the dense activity of the people passing through the road and is a major need for the activities of the residents in the three villages.
While Head of Dusun Simpang Tiga, Gampong Matang Kumbang M Nasir justify the destruction of the road caused by the frequent passing of sand transport trucks.
"The road is no longer viable due to sand transport trucks, the condition has been badly damaged, besides filled with a hole in the rain season will also be muddy so private cars can not be passed even some people who fell on his motorcycle," said M Nasir
On the occasion, M Nasir also hopes that the road will be repaired as soon as possible considering that the road is a liaison between two sub-districts to facilitate the daily activities of the people including school children "he said hopefully.
