Fillet dori crispy
Ingredients :
Fillet dori 2 pieces (500 grams), washed and cut according to taste.
1-2 eggs for adhesive
Panko flour (panir / bread bread), can be replaced almond flour for ketogenic
Marinate Seasonings:
Lime juice from 1 lime fruit
turmeric powder 1 tbsp, can be replaced grated turmeric sejempol
Ginger 1 cm, smooth ulek
Garlic 5 cloves, puree (can be replaced garlic powder 1 tbsp)
Onion 4 cloves, puree
Chilli powder 1 tsp (optional)
Salted soy sauce 1 tbsp
Salt pinch
Pepper 1 tsp
Sugar a pinch
How to make :
marine fish about 1 hour, taro in refrigerator during marination, closed container.
After finishing it, dip the dori into an egg whisk and then pour the panko flour, fry it in an existing hot oil pan with low heat. Fry until browned. Lift and serve with a favorite sauce.
