Serabi solo teflon
Ingredients :
100 grams of rice flour
1 tbsp of wheat flour
350 ml thick coconut milk
25 gr sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla powder
1/2 tbsp fermipan
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tbs salt
To taste pandan leaves
Sufficient banana leaves
Topping :
Sufficient bananas cut into pieces according to taste

according to taste Or can be cheese, chocolate
Steps :
Cook coconut milk and pandan leaves, stirring until boiling, remove and let stand until warm. Take the 50ml relaxing upper part for areh. Set aside.
Combine all dry ingredients, mix well. then pour 300 ml of coconut milk bit by bit while stirred using whisk. Then let stand dough for 1 hour until foaming.
Heat small teflon with low heat. then stir the dough that has been silenced earlier, pour 1 tablespoon vegetable batter into teflon heat, flatten and cover.
Check the pancake if it starts hollow, pour 1 tablespoon relaxed areh set aside in the middle of the pancake and give toppings. Close again.
