Soto kikil
Ingredients :
3 servings
1/4 kg of cow kikil
2 cloves garlic (puree)
2 cloves of onion (mashed)
1/2 pack of my village curry seasoning
1/4 part cabbage
to taste Cooking oil, salt, sugar, and powdered broth
1 tomato
1 pack of kara
Sambal:
1 clove of garlic
10 pieces of cayenne pepper (to taste)
Steps:
Heat the cooking oil.
Add the garlic and shallots that have been smoothed, stir-fry until fragrant.
Enter enough water (according to taste)
Enter the yellow spice of my village, wait for the water to boil.
After boiling water, enter the gravel. let stand until soft and cooked.
Enter kara and mix well.
Add 1 tomato cut
For chili sauce, garlic and red chilli are pulverized. (May be raw or fried first before being pulverized according to taste)
put the cabbage into a bowl (according to taste) then flush with soto kikil, and add sauce
