Cherry Smoothie

1 mug light vanilla yogurt

3/4 cup pitted fresh or icy pleasant cherries

1/2 mug drained tinned mandarin orange areas (tinned in juice, no sugar included).

1/4 tsp almond extract.

4 ice.
