一直从事网络工作

中间几年 也换过不少的项目，

但都是自己一个人卖一个人的产品，

并没有组建团队什么的

之前只是想自己做点自己的事，也没有想那么多

事物都是发展的，趋势是什么就做什么

我们从QQ到微信 从这个平台到那个平台，

无论你跟随或是不跟随 移动互联网等一系列的都在改变我们的习惯

在不知不觉中改变自己的不能接受的东西前行

唯一不变的就是变化

就像今年支付宝和微信 已在运输上面做好了支付入口

一些收费员就要被淘汰

或许之前一直以为自己是铁饭碗而高兴一辈子吧

没有危机意识就是最大的危机

你不尝试永远只是个一个观望者

你有一颗不安分的心 却没有一双执行的手

能怪谁呢？

关于人性

也许大家都让骗怕了吧

从而有了戒备心

就算一个人跟他说哪个项目赚钱都要考量一下

其实我之前也是这样的，因为我有自己的事情要忙

我还是没有危机意识 所以我看不起一些项目 （我看不起的小项目人家都起来了！）

我想当初可能我也是被人看不起的吧，但是我从微博一点一点做起来了

人性就是如此 有时候叫不醒的人是自己的固执思想

我现在才发现你要做一件事情就必须站在对方的角度去想

然后在想办法用方法去说去做

研究好了人性你才能做得好人，才能做好销售

而且要尊重每一个，不要看不起每一个人

因为每一个人都有自己优秀的地方

做销售就是做人。人品好的人到哪里都是受欢迎的

之前感觉自己有点任性 从不考虑一些人或事

其实原来是自己做的不够好 凡事从自己先从自己身上找原因

相信2018 你我都会变得比原来的那个自己更好
