Ever wonder, how empathic you are? How much love and support you show to others? If so, then you might feel good to know that empathy can make our life better. In truth, there are many very good reasons to be empathic toward other people. And, there are several things you can do to improve your empathy, as well.

Being empathic doesn't mean containing positive qualities like showing sympathy to others' living conditions. Empathy is more than that. It means imagining ourselves in the same shoe, in the same condition and understanding others and treating others as the same we want others to treat ourselves. It's a broad thing and not easy to achieve.

In today's selfish world, we became ignorant and self-centric. Yeah, there are many people who are supporting and doing something for people who need help in many ways. But most of us don't really care or see things we supposed to see. We try to be happy in our own way. But you can notice, how complicated our lives become. How materialistic we become. And those thing is not making us happy. At the end of the day, we have to deal with so many complexities, stress, depressions and many more. Being empathic can reduce this.

It's like sharing and caring for others. And it doesn't mean we always need to find our strangers, homeless, needy; rather we can practice being empathic towards our surroundings. Like our friends and family, our co-workers, relatives, neighbors and many more. And this is actually the better way. It can give you peace and happiness. You can see what your empathy causes other's life, how you moved and bring changes in other's life.

Try to understand it, learn and grow empathy in yourself. You will certainly feel more peace, calmness, and happiness in you.
