Seeking greener pastures (Reality and fantasy)

most of us are blind by the notion that;
the grass is greener on the other side.

but fail to see that the pasture is more richer and promising where they are, Just if nurtured will start to flourish.

even the grass we seek elsewhere didn't come to being within a twinkle of an eye. It was given the right treatment and subjected to time and it's season, so it can blossom.


If you ascribe this to your self, you would see that most times we miss the opportunity of harnessing the full potentials which life Is offering, Because we are swayed by things which are not certain(fantasy) .


It's not out of place to be ambitious, or trying to aim for Better condition. neither should you stay put were you are even when you 're being stagnant.
It's advisable often times to leave our comfort zone, to face new challenges. challenges which will bring out our hidden potentials, acquit us with experiences that will build and sharpen us.

But I would advice;

Be sure of the opportunities laid down before you.

Faced with the challenge of choosing between different options sometimes can be very Herculean and one might be swayed towards the wrong decision, if not properly scrutinized.

Weigh both sides carefully.

Explore what both sides have to offer, compare against each other, make a correlation of the options.

What's next? choose the one which presents itself more favourable and promising (tangible and realistic). A bird in hand is worth much more than a thousand in the Bush (uncertainty).

You might lose the one you have while going after those you're not certain of. Make out time to calculate your chances of catching any, then secure the one you already have before making any move.

In a nutshell, develop your self, try and nurture your skills, discover the hidden treasures,there might be a precious gem right under your nose but just too distracted to see it.

Many people loose what they have at hand, because they are moved by the flashing things they see else where, but many a time these things are deceptive Like a fools gold.

So believe me when I say; All that glitters is not gold.
Do yourself good by looking before you leap.
most things are not just worth the risk.
