I would suggest to create a post like this one asking for the kind of people you wanna work with, and then either contact them via phone or some other social media that has more privacy options?
I guess that's kind of what this is. I'm not sure of any other venue. Perhaps individual project forums? I'm thinking about just outlining the whole idea and then see if anyone wants to collaborate but also don't want the idea robbed. Perhaps it's just the nature of the game. I really don't know.
I have a feeling there is a space on the Discord platform for this kind of discussion, you could give an elevator pitch and pecha kucha a presentation... that might be Latin, I'm not the computer number crunching, coding kind of help but I'm good with promotion. :) But I am also still very new to the community, perhaps we can get a veteran to suggest the proper direction?
