In this article I am going to tell you the most impotent’s
part that we should avoid and also the most impotent’s
part that we really really need to avail.

(Things that we need to avoid)

No.1 Stress levels.
I know some people think that why I am choose stress
it does not have any link with body fait. But listen 50%
to 70% people get fait because of there stress Level.

With I am going to explain you if we remain happy and
make our body stress level lowe then the 90% of our human
body is ful of health. So always be happy.

No.2 Don’t Drink Alcohol to much

Small amount of alcohol ma have some benefit for our health
But if we drink to much alcohol it may case of gain more fat.

No.3 Avoid Fast Food

Fast food is big problem in right now that ma case a more
& more people gain weight. Because fast food contain extra
fat and chloris that we did not need us in our daily rutione.

No.4 Avoid Sugar Sweetened

This is also a one of the impotent fact. Many of people most
like to eat sweets which contain high amount of sugar it
increase our sugar level and also a big case of the diseases
like dibityes.

No.1 Walk Every Morning

Walk is most importent part of our lives. Why I am asking for morning
walk because in morning when fresh air gose in our lungs it make us
fresh.

No.2 Eat Healthy Food

and eat food with a limit not eat to much food.

in reality we al need to do a daily workout that make us fit.
