Renting Real Estate Through The BLOCKCHAIN!

in #life7 years ago

Real Estate and owning land, one of the oldest ways of making money. Combine that with the new, put it on the blockchain and you essentially get what Kexcoin is offering. I believe in this ICO alongside other reputable YouTubers such as CryptoVerse, so please let us know what you think of this project!

Kexcoin has backing from Kexgill, a company approaching FORTY years of experience with REAL ESTATE! This might be your chance to become a property mogul (okay not really, but hey, it's a cool project).

This will be the way property is exchanged in the future. We already are getting loans on the blockchain through SALT lending. I need to research this more . . How many coins are in supply? Percentage going to the dev fund? Plans to list on exchanges afterward? Bonuses? Etc . . much to do lol . . thanks for the info.

:)

Thanks!

Hey Mike, I was watching another video, not sure which or if it was avi or kubera, but you mentioned doing a video on the history of Steemit. I think you mentioned it while looking back over the chart for Steem's price. I think this would be a great idea, even though the platform is still in Beta, I would be interested in knowing what happened way back when it rose and fell quickly long ago. Just some thoughts. As always, love the videos and thanks for introducing me to Steemit through your channel!

i may do a video on steemits history but thanks for the support, i wish you the best on growing your steemit account

Ok?

Not a fan of ico's, but I will look into this one.

Nice!

Thanks!

great content!

Cheers!

This idea that blockchain somehow solves all the complexities of real estate transactions and ownership is a huge oversimplification. For title work and record keeping its the future. The rest of it? Not so much
