How useful is Buddhism in real life?

The European is interested in this aspect. The person answers himself the way he wants it.

Buddhism - psychotraining, religion, science. It is this exercise that helps to virtually eliminate problems, following from level to level. But this must be realized.

In order to realize, a person must train consciousness, and this is a separate level of Buddhism. Without going through the levels, it is almost impossible to master anything and no Qigong. All practices will only harm a person.


There are many levels in Buddhism, as in any science or religion. They are very close to psycho-training. The doctrine of relativity, which in Buddhism is called the theory of the Void, the level of science.

If a person does not eat, he will die, and if he does not receive spiritual food, he will die morally.


Feeding the baby by the breast, the mother, in fact, feeds him with love. Today, the state of mind of people is noticeably different. Someone had love, and someone had artificial milk. Someone inside the universe, and who is trying to remove worms ...

Previously, people had less material wealth, but - more love and fewer problems. Material progress is peace and happiness. But why they are not there, but there are more problems. So, is something wrong with being and consciousness?

Think about behavior, vision and meditation and you will discover the teachings of Buddhism.


Behavior.

Everything is caused by our behavior, there is nobody to blame. It's silly to think that someone made you lie, smoke, drink vodka. Everything is in man.

Health in direct dependence on rest. Negative - anger, anger, passion - worsen health. Negative emotions are the wrong diet of the mind. No family will have harmony, if there is at least one selfish person. The causes of all wars and conflicts are negative thoughts.


Ignorance of methods of achieving harmony always leads to suffering. Fortunately, everyone aspires, but instead of happiness, they generate causes, which in turn generate suffering.


Conclusion: you need to achieve the right behavior. Negative is harmful, positive is useful, good food helps, bad harm. A good result must have a good reason. Everything is in man.


But people depend on each other. In order for the results of our actions to be harmonious, we must do the right actions. In consciousness from these actions there remains an imprint. This is karma. Consciousness is stuffed with these imprints, which become skills, habits, character.

Some of these prints are harmful, others lead to harmony, and others are neutral. Bad, good, neutral karma.


Harming others, a person, first of all, harms himself. The most important thing in the level of the doctrine of behavior is not to harm.

What should I do with my neighbor? Remember? For this, it is not necessary to become a Buddhist.

In my opinion, a person must follow the faith of his ancestors. Leaving the fold of faith is harmful. No faith teaches us to do evil. The first condition in order to render practical assistance to oneself is to acquire a firm, stable behavior in which it is impossible to harm other beings in any way - neither by the mind, nor by the language, nor by the body.

All living beings have feelings similar to ours.

Practicing these thoughts, remain a simple and decent man. It is very important not to use your abilities and skills only for your own benefit. Let them be useful and different. In my opinion, the blockade contributes to this practice.
