Downtown Tampa view from Hillsborough River

The weather has been very in between the last week or so in Tampa making a well planned fishing trip difficult. With that being said, a river run in the boat is always a good time and a safe bet staying inland. We Launched at the Lowry Park Zoo boat ramp and headed south towards downtown Tampa.


The wind cooperated with us for a few hours and made the river excursion quit pleasant.


Something pretty cool, river Taxes are now available for anyone looking to commute up and down the river for a small fee.

And of course leaving out of Tampa to Cozumel Mexico, your one hell of a good time, Carnival cruise line.
