The secret of life is to “die before you die” and find that there is no death. (According to- Eckhart Tolle)

Summary:

DO THE UNCOMFORTABLE:

To strengthen your mind, forget about what your “label-personality” says you can or cannot do. Transcend your limit, become shapeless and do things you always thought you couldn’t do.

Comfort is what makes you weak; taking regular uncomfortable challenges will allow you to push your limits. This is the key to discover yourself and expand your mind.

The reason why some guys engage in hazardous activities, such as MMA fighting, mountain climbing, free fall parachuting or even enrolling in the infantry, is because by taking those actions they physically go out of their comfort zone and push their limits, providing themselves hard evidence of what they are really made of which, in turn, frees them from irrational fears and the liability of their weak personality.

A good and easy way to do this daily is to aim at things you have always procrastinated about because they weren’t your “kind of thing.” This also applies to the things that you fear. Just go ahead and do them with elegance.

The majority of fears are actually absurd and by confronting them you will free yourself and open the door to an entire new world of possibilities.

The funny thing is that 80% of people are competing one another on a day-to-day basis doing the “normal / realistic” endeavour. In essence, these endeavours are often more difficult to accomplish than the “crazy / unrealistic” ones, simply because there is no competition.
Could you work online, from home, only 30 hours a week, and earn more than your current salary provides you?

Is it that realistic or just a pipe dream?

Many are actually doing it all around the world, why not you?

Do today what others won’t, and tomorrow you will be able to do what others can’t.

Going out of your comfort zone is what is going to expend your mind, and frankly, if one man have already done that, you can do it too!

Crossing that threshold every day will bring you to an entirely new level pretty quickly!

It simply means you are not a good reader I made a reference on my title saying according to Eckhart Tolle, does that not make any sense to you? How is it considered spam when I made a reference!!!
