How To Deal With Stress
Do not overthink. Worrying is just a waste of time. It hinders your progress. It stops you from doing things.
Give yourself a break. You do not just exist in this world to work and pay your bills. You need quality time with yourself. You need to pamper yourself.
Find time to travel. Traveling is one of the best ways to beat stress. For once in a while forget about paper works and deadlines. You deserve a get away.
Hang out with friends. One of the best things to do is to be around with the best people in your life. Go on a movie date. Have chill out with them.
Get some sleep. Do not pressure yourself too much. You deserve to have a good night sleep.
Listen to music. Listen to your favorite songs. Listen to your favorite playlists.
Do some yoga or some sort of exercise. You deserve to sweat out. You need to be back on track.
Think of happy thoughts. Think positive. Think that everything will be alright. Positive thoughts attract positive energy.
Get out of your comfort zone. Party sometimes. Drink occasionally. Do not box yourself with just workloads. You have a life to live.
Eat delicious food. The best way to deal with stress is to satisfy your cravings. You deserve to treat yourself.
Do not allow stress to consume you. Do not allow pressure to eat you alive. Do not allow work to take away the fun in life. You deserve some time for yourself.

So cool My remedy for stress and anxiety is meditation. When I meditate I feel more productive in every way. Excellent post...
The same remedy, I use to go on the beach coz tge sound of the waves help me realize all things that I've thinking for.
