Prevention of influenza
To prevent such a disease in a child, doctors recommend:
lubricate the child with nasal mucosa with oksolinovoy ointment (in particular, before going to the garden or school);
before going to bed, rinse your mouth with sodo-saline solution, tincture of calendula or other disinfectant;
avoid contact with sick adults and children;
wear special masks on the street and in crowded places;
regularly engage in tempering and physical education;
respect the rules of personal hygiene (not all children wash their hands before eating);
to dress the child according to the weather, not overcooling and not overheating it;
take vitamins.
The best preventive measure is the annual vaccination, starting at the age of 6 months of the child. It passes in the autumn (in October-November), in pre-epidemic for the flu period. Such immunity will be of a short-term nature, so vaccination should be done every year.
If your child has a cold, without consulting a doctor can not do. It is he who will be able to determine precisely what is caused by the common cold virus (and what exactly) or whether it is a banal hypothermia.
