IS SATAN REALLY THE PROBLEM?

in #life7 years ago

In this part of African we tend to mystify every tragedy and in some cases challenges. We see satan as the mystery man behind every trouble. In as much as this view isn't absolutely wrong, it shifts all the blame on poor satan.

Satan actually is still in the business of using men, and it takes two to tango. Thus, the tragedy or challenge is usually as a result of the action of someone who is available to be used by Satan.

Bro Jegede was at a early morning fire for fire prayer meeting, and the pastor asked everyone to pray fervently that "everyone holding my progress die by fire". Bro Jegede immediately started praying, saying the prayer point repeatedly,

Bro Jegede is into printing and is in the habit of disappointing his customers. Just recently he met this client that gave him a job that worth 100k, and messed up the job. Unknowing to him the client has planned to give him another job that worth 4m, but because of the horrible experience the client vowed never to patronize Bro jegede.

Honestly, if God answers Bro Jegede's prayer; who will die by fire?
I think its Bro Jegede, because apparently he is the one holding his progress.

Bro Jegede has lost all his clients because of his bad habit, now he is complaining about the stagnation in his business. All he needs to do is change his attitude to clients and he will experience progress. A million years on the mountain will not change his situation, but a change of attitude will get the job done.

I'm not saying praying does not turn situations around, but only a fool does a thing the same way over and over and expect a different result. Your action must not work against your prayers.

Dear Bro Jegede satan is not your problem, your attitude is your PROBLEM.

I agree with you.
In this part of Africa, people tend to shift the blame on a being other than themselves.
