RE: The day I thought I was 007

It takes big huge balls to share stories like this. You get an award:

But seriously - love how you incorporate humor into what was clearly a dark time. And a lesson without preaching. You're talented not just as a writer, but as a story teller. And of course, inspirational. I've found myself in a depressive funk post-holidays, preggo hormones ramping it up...for really no reason other than crazy chemicals in my brain, as I've had so many blessings lately.

Struggling to get anything accomplished, breathing is a laborious so congratulating myself for managing that (dark lol). Dwelling in it hasn't helped though. Sitting here, just thinking, ok, tomorrow I'll try to be a human again. But tomorrow doesn't change anything if we don't act.

Needed the reminder on resilience, on humor getting us through...thanks for inspiring me to even post a comment - even if it's all I get done tonight ;-) You're a strong ass dude!!!

I think I'll follow you. I really enjoyed that comment. Thank you. Us humans, we're far more resilient then any of us give ourselves credit for :)

Thank you! I'll try to be a worth it and more reliable follow (as in, posting content and not just commenting and resteeming). Just did a post on the problem with resteeming - and now that I think back - it may have been you who first pointed that out to me many months ago!

I can't remember - my memory is like a sieve haha. I'll make a better follower by remembering to comment!

My memory is like a blind person's - my boyfriend always jokes some day I'll take the wrong person home because I'm so bad with faces and physical descriptors. But when it comes to random conversations - going all the way back to childhood - or even if I hear a line from a TV show I've seen once - I remember the most random sh*t lol. (never where I put my keys or wallet or brain though lol)

My memory went from being photographic to not good at all, but for me it was a good thing. Having a photographic memory means that I would remember all the silly details and worry uneccessarily about them lol
