people who have a phobia
Phobias are an excessive fear of things or phenomena. Phobias can be said to hamper the lives of those who have it. For some people, the fear of a person with phobia is difficult to understand. That is why, the person is often used as monthly month by friends around. There is a difference of "language" between phobic observers and a person with a phobia. Phobic observers use logical language while a person with phobias usually uses a language of taste. For the observer it seems funny if someone is big, afraid of small animals like cockroaches or rats. While the mental imagination of a person with the subject phobia becomes a very large, colorful, very disgusting or scary.
Under normal circumstances everyone has the ability to control fear. However, if a person is exposed continuously to the subject of phobias, it is potentially causing the occurrence of fixation. Fixation is a state in which a person's mental being locked up, caused by the person's inability to control his feelings of fear. Other causes of fixation can also be caused by a very extreme circumstances such as trauma bomb, trapped elevator and so forth.
A person whose mental growth undergoes a fixation will have emotional difficulties (mental blocks) later on. This is because the person does not have an appropriate emotional release channel (catharsis). Every time the person interacts with the source Phobia automatically feels anxious and "comfortable" the easiest and quickest way is to "retreat" / regress to the state of fixation. Anxiety that is not resolved as early as possible potentially leads to the accumulation of negative emotions that are constantly repressed back into the subconscious (repression). The pattern of negative response can develop against the subject of other phobias and the intensity increases. Although it looks trivial, the "pattern" response will be used continuously to respond to other problems. That's why a person with phobias becomes more vulnerable and less productive. Phobias are one of the other types of successful barriers.
