Day 2369 | Indoor Monday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I mostly stayed indoors on Monday and it looked like my ear was fully going to heal but to mu dissapointment, this morning it was worse again so I will make an appointment with a doctor to actually have a look at it in the hope something can be done to get it fixed. I'm going to try from here on out not to use it as an excuse to slack as that is what I have been doing totally neglecting any form of workout while not really looking at what i eat. I did stay up quite late on Monday after watching tv and doing some more cleaning.


New Day Goals: Tueday will be a family day while I will get a doctors appointment.
