Day 2383 | Ok Monday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Monday if anything was just an ok day, I still am staying in bed way too long but I did manage to keep my eating limited during the day. I did get some things done but also not that much and in the evening I did take a walk to the supermarket getting some peanuts which I ate in front of my tv. So not a bet day but also by no means a great day.

New Day Goals: Tuesday as always will be a family day
