Day 2406 | A Fun Family Christmas Eve!
Tuesday which is my regular weekly family day happened to be christmas eve day and we had a really fun night also with plenty of food. I started out the day being up a bit earlier as I had to pass by the hospital to check up on my ear which turned out to be fully healed and it literally only took minutes. Afterward I ended up going for my yearly car grading/checkup without an appointment so I had to wait in line and it in total took around 2+ hours. I did also spend some more time in the kitchen preparing the Vol-Au-Veggie which was the main course. I also learned for next time to add a bit of Lemon to it. Just before midnight I ended up driving back to my appartment where I played another round of Balatro before going to bed.
The main takeaway from the day was that despite the fact that I mainly do things that I enjoy doing, the time spent with people is what actually sticks and I should get more of that in 2025.
New Day Goals: Christmas day never is anything special for me and the main goal will be to eat healthy, get some things done and start taking more care of my skin with an eye to soon join back for another Hot Yoga Year.
