Day 2414 | Healthy January 1st
Wednesday went as I hoped in a healthy way with a lot of focus on it to turn things around. I did stay in bed quite late but that was ok as I'm slowly adjusting one step at a time. I did get in some productivity and most importantly kept my eating healthy and limited spending some kitchen time. I do plan on starting an eating journal to keep myself from drifing away again in comfot food.
Food Diary
On Wednesday I made chick peas with onion, garlic and cherry tomatoes which is one of my go-to dishes as it's cheap, easy to make in a short time without much dishwashing and it does give a sense of filling me up. I also set a clock at 18:45 with an eye not to eat after 19:00 but I kind of failed in that as I ate some silver onions and a small banana and some raw carrots afterward.
So that is the idea going forward of eating more concious and not start too early while stopping in time often spending time in the kitchen to make something fresh.

I also had some productivity and I ended up creating my new blog here on hive where I will be keeping track of the movies that I'm watching throughout the year. It's called @screenjournal and put 100 Hive on there along with a 1000 Hive Delegation that I got to get things going. I will be making a first post on Thursday introducing the blog and looking back at the last 2 years of watching movies. I also did watch a first movie of the year with Heretic which I very much liked.
New Day Goals: I plan to eat some oatmeal with banana on Thursday, go buy some new coooking pans from an action of the supermarket of which I already got 4 on Tuesday. It included a Water Cooker, A large and medium pan along with a wok. I still need to get the smallest size pan and higher edge sauce pan to have the complete set. I also want to make my first post on the new movie blog and get things going there exploring the community more. I also aim to go on a small walk or do something else that is somewhat active.
