It looks tasty! Hopefully it is!
In the summer we have a similar problem with ice cream because we are a ways to town. We would bring a small cooler and buy frozen veggies we wanted anyway to act as ice packs around the ice cream.
That is what I think we will try next time. If I can remember the cooler. LOL
