Home made buns
Step 1
Using 2 of Luke warm water disolve 2 table spoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon salt then add 2 table spoons of dried yeast I used clover. Don't stir the yeast leave it to ferment for about 20 minutes
Step 2
8 cups flour, 2 table spoons sugar, 2 table spoons butter, mix all the ingredients together then pour in the yeast and knead for about 10 minutes
Step 3
After your dough has doubled in size after about 30 minutes, shape them into buns or bread if u want and allow them to double in size
Step 4
After they double in size bake them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown, glaze them with zigolo( sugar solution) and u are ready to eat.
