St. Nicholas, known as Father Christmas all over the world, was born in Patara in Turkey's Mediterranean coast, an important Lycian city and lived in Myra and was buried. Santa's story is as follows: In around 300 AD, Patara becomes a son of a wealthy wheat merchant living in the city while he is in prosperity and is called Nikolas.
