Move your body and connect with nature are often 2 of the habits recommended by naturopathy. But ... and what is naturopathy? Naturopathy is a transdisciplinary science whose objective is the management and knowledge of the activities that allow the restitution, promotion and promotion of health, considering ecological, social, physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the human being. From this, it can be said that naturopathy represents a holistic approach to health.
The 8 general habits to stay healthy are the following *:
- Physical exercise: promotes physical, mental and spiritual health. So it is essential to practice regularly, can be: aerobics, gymnastic routines, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates or 40 minutes of energetic walking a day, in order to balance the entire body.
- Productive work: feeling useful to others and to others, provides satisfaction and balance to the individual. A work activity, manual, intellectual or service, will be productive when it is recognized and produces cash flow, this makes the person who makes it feel that there is an added value to their performance (Thank you! @Steemit for being part of the change and evolution of a new paradigm;) this wonderful community also contributes to cultivate habits for a healthy lifestyle, I love it!)

I will continue telling you about this interesting topic in another publication because as you can see in the photos, I was in a spectacular place and I would like to tell you where it is and give you some tips to enjoy the experience of moving your body and being in contact with nature.
This wonderful place is named Warairarepano National Park (Caribbean ethnic group: original inhabitants of the Caracas Valley), also called by the "Caraqueños" (current inhabitants of Caracas), Cerro El Ávila.
This beautiful mountain is located in the Cadena del Litoral in the Cordillera de la Costa, in the center-north of the country. This mountainous formation delights us with heights that vary from 120 to 2765 meters above sea level, at the highest peak, Pico Naiguatá, besides being the vegetable lung of the city; within it different activities can be carried out, among them mountaineering of low and medium difficulty.
The entrance to the park can be done by several entrances, this time we enter the Urbanization Altamira to go up to Sabas Nieves to take a break and continue the walk until finally reaching the Western Peak, where I appear sitting in the first photo ;)
All the way was excellent, I enjoyed the beautiful fauna and flora, and I was able to take a picture of this typical park bird, El Querrequerre. What a nice trip! and so close to the city ;)
The approximate time to make the first long break (Sabas Nieves) is 30 minutes. In this place you can recharge direct water from the mountain, delicious! Then it takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to reach the Western Peak (2480 m.s.n.m) and from there we can see the Eastern Peak (2620 m.s.n.).
On the other side of the mountain is the Caribbean Sea and the Vargas State, beautiful for its beaches ... then I will tell you more about this other side of the wonders of the central Venezuelan coast.
