A 12 year old girl from Albay, Philippines named Janella Lelis and the heroic deed happened during the onslaught of a storm in Albay. Despite her young age, possesses the virtue of heroism, not caring for herself being brave enough to save the Philippine Flag.

The girl never let the National Flag touch the groud and was holding it as if it's a piece of priceless possession that she has.
