New Room mate in the home uh-oh!

Cleared out a room!

So it has been a while since I have had a new roomy in the place but I figured it was about time, with expenses starting to become a wee bit tighter around the place. I am not completely sure yet if this guy will be the best fit based on his current situation. However there is a big list of positives that were portrayed to me about him. Some of the negatives, he is recently divorced, may be using me for first months rent due to his situation. I have no one that I know who knows the guy... But some positives, he seems to be wanting to get his life back on track. He has a family in which he is motivated to support. He claims to be clean and can take care of himself. So I am taking a bit of a chance here, but the absolute worst case scenario's are pretty un-likely. If for some reason it doesn't work out I am assuming it will just be an easy clean break.
