so here is how to meditate in 4 simple steps
get comfortable
( in order to meditate properly you need to find a comfortable place like a char or on a couch)close your eyes
( in order to focus on just your thoughts you need to deprive from outer senses)
3.Make no effort to control the breath; simply breathe naturally.
4.Focus your attention on the breath and on how the body moves with each breath. Notice the movement of your chest as you breathe. Observe your chest, shoulders, rib cage, and mind. Simply focus your attention on your breath without controlling its pace. If your mind wanders, return your focus back to your breath.
