A while ago I read in a blog about the minimalist life, which is nothing more than trying to live disconnected from technology, get rid of excesses and focus on living freely.
from the moment I read about it, I realized that I was leading a life full of excesses and negative things, so I decided to leave that aside, and today I only go in search of my dreams and my happiness.
What do you think of this lifestyle?
