Organize your sports respective meeting. First meetings might be small but hold it none the less. Whether 2 or 200 people show up - persistence is key. Have fun. Spread the word. Document it. Hold competitions. make sure the people push themselves! give incentive and reward. Make sure the people can look back on how good it was.
