How to be like Arnold Schwarzenegger (Fit/Wise/Rich)
This week’s legendary star is the one and only; Arnold “The Terminator” Schwarzenegger.
As you can tell by the title, this individual is multi-faceted. Everyone can learn from this man as he is a force to be reckoned with in multiple fields.
Besides his successful movie career and his time as one of the most successful politicians as governor of California, he has developed one of the best mindsets of life.
Here are some of his best strategies/tips/lessons that we should all implement in our own lives:
Start good habits when you are young
Basically, if you want to gain certain qualities that you see in others, start practicing those habits now. If you can do this as soon as possible, you will be able to become the future self that you’ve always wanted.
Have a clear vision for your life
My favourite of his lessons is best said as follows: “When you have a clear vision in your life, everything becomes easier.” This is something I fully agree with. If you know what you want, you will leave every decision in your life feeling like you are moving one step closer to your end goal. Having a vision will provide you with more motivation to get up and take action. Speaking of motivation check out my Instagram page @learningeveryweek if you need any! 😀
Get good at sales/pitching/marketing yourself
Arnold believes that this is key as everyone will need to pitch themselves at one point in their life. If you can master this skill, he promises a lot will come easier to you. This doesn’t just apply to business but all areas of your life, even dating.
Work hard day in and day out
People always believe that they are working harder than everyone else, “hustling”, but in reality, it’s not always true. If you really work hard and grind through your days to get as much as you can get done, you will be successful in whatever you do. Work is the one controllable factor in your life, and you should take advantage of that control.
So those are the 4 lessons I’ve learned from The Terminator this week, if you have any lessons you’d like to share, let me know!
