This flower is one of my favorite flowers. Cosmos sulphureus is a genus of flowering plants in the sunflower family Asteraceae. Also known as sulfur cosmos and yellow cosmos. It is native to Mexico, Central America and northern South America and is naturalized in North and South America as well as other parts of Europe, Asia and Australia. I personally like this rose flower very much.
Commonly known as Mexican aster, cosmea or garden cosmos. Incredibly easy and cheap to grow. This semi-hardy annual can be sown from seed under cover in March or April.
