Loosing the Flu in 24h

In the past three days I've been dealing with a stubborn flu. I took lots of medicines and nothing improved so I did some research on the internet. I have found that you can loose the flu in just 24 hours. I am half way finished so I am waiting for the miracle now.

This is the schedule for a day:

07.00 – A hot shower

08.00 – Forrest fruits for breakfast

10.00 – A steam bath for the face

12.00 – Take a walk

13.00 – A healthy lunch (salad with chicken meat can be a great option)

15.00 – Resting is very important (after you drink a hot tea)

18.00 – Eat something spicy

20.00 – A hot bath

22.00 – Sleep. Good Night!

I am excited to see if this really works. Has anyone else tried this before?

These are all great! Something that helps me a lot when I have the flu is staying hydrated! make sure you are consuming enough electrolytes and all the water you can! Hope you feel better!
