Reduce the amount of animal products you use and increase the use of plants foods that supply proteins:

The materials that make up the structure of the body are obtained from food and water, thus eating could determine the preservation or the deterioration that the body is undergoing.
Therefore, if the master supplies the needed materials orderly, then, nature is well able to keep the body in a perfect condition. Likewise, if the materials being given to the body, are not readily used to the body, insufficient, poor, contaminated or in a disorderly manner, the result of deficiency would be felt as life continues.

Vitamins and minerals are agents/catalysts that facilitate the numerous chemical reactions that take place in the body.

Carbohydrates: Sugar and starch. All Carbohydrates are transformed into glucose, being the body’s primary fuel. Glucose is burnt with insulin (Hormone produced by the pancreas), oxygen, vitamins (especially B complex) and minerals (especially iodine) in the cells. As a results, heat is produced muscles stretch and contract, the brain reasons, the eyes see etc. When the glucose level diminishes, there is an intense hunger, followed by loss of strength, dizziness including loss of consciousness and falling on the ground (lipothymia), condition known as hypoglycemia (shortage of glucose).
Also when the level goes up the liver and the muscles store some few amount in a form called glycogen (not fat) waiting to be used in less than no time. In the condition of high glucose level, the pancreas is compelled to secrete more insulin too rapidly to enable the cells to burn all that glucose within a short period, resulting to hypoglycemic condition (shortage of glucose).
