All people have the desire to be better every day, however, many do not put effort into developing skills or personal strategies to achieve it. Start by becoming aware of what you really want and focus on achieving the goal.
La persistencia siempre rinde sus frutos, por eso si llegan obstáculos en el camino -que frecuentemente los hay- no debes tirar la toalla o rendirte, es cuando más debes tener el valor para continuar. Sentirás mucha satisfacción al ver que con tu esfuerzo, tiempo y dedicación has alcanzado muchas cosas en tu vida.
Persistence always yields its fruits, so if there are obstacles along the way - there are often obstacles - you should not throw in the towel or give up, that's when you should have the courage to continue. You will feel very happy to see that with your effort, time and dedication you have achieved many things in your life.
Es importante desechar o dejar a un lado lo negativo, aquello que te impida progresar, como la pereza, el pensamiento de que no puedes o que es difícil. Si mentalizas que eres capaz de cumplir lo que te propones es un auto-incentivo para creer en ti mismo y para mantenerte optimista.

Las personas tienen condiciones o estilos de vidas diferentes y siempre habrá algo que desearán cambiar o mejorar, sea en lo personal, social o laboral. Es el momento entonces de plantearse las preguntas: ¿Qué puedo hacer para lograr lo que quiero? ¿Qué estrategias aplico para superarme?
People have different conditions or lifestyles and there will always be something that they will want to change or improve, be it personal, social or work. Now is the time to ask the questions: What can I do to achieve what I want? What strategies do I apply to improve myself?
Analiza tu ser interior, es decir, tus emociones, sentimientos y pensamientos, qué te gusta y qué no. Si eres consciente de estas cosas sabrás evitar lo negativo que te impide mejorar. Nadie es perfecto, por tanto, es normal cometer errores, no hay que afligirse por eso, más bien si aceptas que te equivocaste, buscas un cambio y evitas caer en el mismo error, te sentirás mejor e irás en evolución.
Analyze your inner being, that is, your emotions, feelings and thoughts, what you like and what you do not. If you are aware of these things you will know how to avoid the negative that prevents you from improving. Nobody is perfect, therefore, it is normal to make mistakes, you do not have to worry about that, rather if you accept that you were wrong, you look for a change and avoid falling into the same mistake, you will feel better and you will go in evolution.
Si te estableces una meta, empieza a trabajar en eso, ya que de nada servirá si no ejecutas acciones para alcanzarla. No temas enfrentar nuevas situaciones, puesto que tomar el riesgo te ayudará a conocer tus capacidades y a no quedarte estancado.
