Do something that enrich you. Find new information
Do learn another language. It's really funny when you find a word in another language that sounds same but have different meaning. You will understand better yout native language, and also broader your life. Recently I found France 24 channel on YouTube, I tried to watch, and I found something interesting, like a fact that France keeps relation with Africa.
New information and understanding that you know more than 2 hours ago really makes you happier. You brain give you stimelus to find new, open something, because those thing could be beneficial to your life.
Set everyday small goals that you can do in 5 -12 hr.
You need to pump your dopamine. It's motivation hormone.
I caution you - You won't make this every day goal every day. It's OK. We are not a robots.
Ok, you have big picture "I wanna learn Chinese in 1.5 year". This is big goal. You can split this goal to month, week, and day goal. You whant to track your progress and also see that you are a winner, that you are on a right path.
Week goal could be: learn how to speak about X (animals, work, love, hobby ...) and learn some grammar + 25 words. One day goal could be learn 5 - 10 words, 4 hieroglyphs and one phrase, read two pages. Month goal: 2 hours of speaking with native, write a post in Chinese, read a small book.
Sleep additional 15 - 25 minutes.
Believe
Believe in yourself, in Christ, in your abilities to make dream come true.
Don't waste your time to hate someone.
Think that the main goal of all religions is to unite all of us. Love is one great tool of union. Love is when you want same thing as your object of love. If you can't love someone, then at least don't hate them.
