The Key to Happiness
I'm in the process of putting together my next video, but in the meantime did you see my last one? I published it on the International Day of Happiness, what day would have been better for me to share what I firmly believe is THE "Key to Happiness"!
In this video, I explain what I believe is this key, and take you on a journey back as I open up and share about a difficult period in my past life, what I went through, how it affected me mentally and physically... and then explain what that time now means to me, why, and how!
With this simple technique, I've been able to change my relationship to the world around me and with anything that happens in my life. I share this video in the hope that it will open your eyes to the possibilities and the life available to you.
