There are many kinds of anxiety like social anxiety , mental anxiety or no reason anxiety

What ever it is, let's get the ANXIETY heck out of our lives. Whether it is giving a presentation in front of a group , or feeling at the lower end of esteem or may be feeling anxious about your appearance , The only thing that can help you destroy you the anxiety is the lion attitude. The lion is the epitome of pride and self worth, every time you feel distressed remember that in this place the only thing that works ultimately is the power within.

Now , how to feel the power of confidence , the best mechanism is to imitate confidence. For example when you need to perform , feel as if every one is inferior to you , YOU NEED TO IMITATE THE PRIDE OF A LION. Once you start imitating confidence, soon you will realise that you will start getting confident inherently.

Sometimes in order to feel better about ourselves we need to realise that there is nothing greater then a people who LOVE themselves, ADORE themselves and WORK for themselves. The other people will always try to find something wrong with you, they might laugh at you or may show you how weak you are but you need to develop a LION's attitude that when you walk you should exuberate the power of soul and not the weakness of your heart.
