Importance of apologizing
Sometimes we just have to say sorry to aviod so many squabble. .the benefits of saying sorry are just so much....sorry doesn't add or reducess anything from you.in short,it is said that those that say sorry are the strongest and the most matured..in a relationship,whatever kind of relationships,sorry helps go a long way..
The importance of saying sorry are;
1.sorry helps to put escalating issues to rest
2.sorry helps to show level of maturity in a relationship
- Saying sorry help to cut short unnecessary conversations that leads to fight or qurrel
Finally,we should always lean to say sorry to our selvs to aviod issues..thank you
Wish sorry worked for everything but sometimes you need to show instead of just saying it. Nice post
I have asked for a perdor and I have performed the forgiveness therapies. At the moment I go out well and smiling, thinking that I'm over it. In my experience, life is cyclical. situations arise again where the absence of forgiveness happens again
nice one, keep it up, soon we will get there

Even the person saying sorry will feel at ease with himself,,you just had to let go of issues that might arise by saying sorry. But people do not see reason in saying sorry because they believe people will take them for a fool but they don't know that sorry heals all wounds.
