This is a very vital tool a leader needs for a successful leadership. You don't expect your followers to honest if they cannot find honesty in you. So as a leader, you must be a good example to your followers so that they will be able to follow you just the way you also lead them. Integrity is a vital quality every leader must possess to ensure a good leadership because without it, then one cannot lead.

CONFIDENCE

As a leader, you need to have some level of confidence in you so that those following you will be able to believe in you and they will be a blessing to trust you to some extent. You don't need to overdo things but it's required of you to have some level of confidence to be a blessing to lead your people.

BE COMMITTED

As a leader, your level of commitment must be high.If as a leader, you are not committed, this will make you loose respect with your followers. But if you have a high level of commitment, your followers are watching you and they will automatically be submissive to you, they'll have no choice but to respect your good works because they know you are committed to what you do.

BE AN INSPIRATION TO OTHERS

Been an inspiration to others should be our major purpose as a leader. Been able to inspire people makes you a true leader and this will help grow your followers to be better in every of there endeavors.

BE ACCOUNTABLE
been accountable will enable you as a leader to know the strength and weaknesses of your followers. When they do what is right you make them know and you also encourage them and when they do anything wrong or struggling to be better in some areas of life, you make them know and also help them by joining hands with them to achieve their desired goals in life. So accountability Is a quality leaders must have.

COMMUNICATION
A good leader must know how to communicate to his or her followers.Communication builds and fosters a good relationship between the leader and followers. Getting to communicate consistently will enable the followers feel the sense of belongingness. This Sis a vital quality a leader must also possess if he or she wants to lead the followers well.
